Frenchmen Thierry Henry and Éric Abidal both return to the squad to meet Betis after obtaining medical clearance on Saturday. Ezquerro and Milito have lost their places.

Henry has overcome an injury to his Achilles heels and Abdial to one to his right ankle and both are back in the side for Sunday’s game against Betis. They come in for Ezquerro and Milito, who have been dropped.

Milito, as against Stuttgart

This is not the first time the Argentinian has been left out of a Barça selection. Although he flew to Stuttgart with the rest of the squad, he was not picked by Frank Rijkaard due to injury concerns.

Milito also missed the game in Santander, but that was through suspension.
